Terms of Service

No-Refund Policy

Empowering Pathways is dedicated to providing high-quality training. Due to the nature of our courses, we do not offer refunds once payment is made. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise.

1. Course Credits: If you have not started a course and are unable to attend, we offer the option to transfer your credit towards a future course of equal or lesser value. This credit can be used within one year from the original course date. Please contact our support team at ce@amrtherapy.com to request a course credit transfer.
2. Non-Refundable: Once payment is made for a course, it is non-refundable. Please ensure you are committed to the training before making a purchase.
3. Credit Request: To request a course credit transfer, please contact our support team at ce@amrtherapy.com with your order details and the reason for your request. Our team will review your request and provide you with a credit if it meets our criteria.

Important Notices

• Accreditation and Acceptance: Our courses are approved for Continuing Education (CE) credits by ACE. However, it is your responsibility to verify that your state or professional board accepts these credits. Empowering Pathways does not take responsibility for ensuring the CE credits are valid for your specific licensing requirements.
• Course Completion: To receive CE credits, you must pass a test with a score of at least 80%. You have three attempts to pass the test. If you do not pass within these three attempts, you will need to pay the course fee again to retake the course.
• Promotions and Discounts: Any promotions or discounts offered are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time.
• Personal Enrichment: These courses are designed for personal and professional enrichment. While we strive to provide accurate and useful information, we are not responsible for any outcomes related to the use of the material provided.
• Disclaimer of Warranties: All courses and materials are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the courses will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the content will be accurate or reliable.
• Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall Empowering Pathways, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the courses or materials provided. This includes but is not limited to reliance on any information obtained from us that results in mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion or corruption of files, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Empowering Pathways, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our courses and materials.
